Profiles Screen

Profiles are only available to Premium users. 

Introduction: Welcome to the Ocula mobile app! This guide will walk you through the Profiles Screen, a vital feature that enables you to create and manage subject profiles for individuals who have undergone exams. With Ocula.ai, you can seamlessly associate all exams with their respective subject profiles, simplifying your data organisation.

Accessing the Profiles Screen:

1. Launch the Ocula Mobile App:

   Ensure that you have the Ocula mobile app installed on your device.
   Open the app by tapping on its icon.

2. Log In or Sign Up:

   If you're an existing user, log in with your Apple or Google account.
   New users can create an account by following the registration process.

3. Navigating to the Profiles Screen:

   • After logging in, you will be directed to the app's home page.
   • Locate and tap on the "Profiles" icon or link to access the Profiles Screen.

Profiles Screen Features:

1. Subject Profiles:

   • The Profiles Screen displays a list of subject profiles, each representing an individual who has undergone an exam.
   • Each subject profile typically includes a person's name and some additional identifying information.

2. Associated Exams:

   • Within each subject profile, you can associate exams that pertain to that individual.
   • This feature allows you to organise and link specific exams to the corresponding subject, ensuring a clear record of their assessments.

3. Adding Subject Profiles:

   • You can create new subject profiles by tapping on the "+" button at the top right of the page.
   • Enter the person's name and any other relevant identifying details to create a new subject profile.

4. Managing Associated Exams:

   • To associate an exam with a subject profile, select the profile and navigate to the associated exams section.
   • Here, you can add or link exams that belong to the chosen individual.
   • You can also go to the Exams page and in the Exam details page, associate the exam with a profile.
