Accessing the Profiles Screen:
Launch the Ocula Mobile App:
Ensure that you have the Ocula mobile app installed on your device.
Open the app by tapping on its icon.Log In or Sign Up:
If you're an existing user, log in with your Apple or Google account.
New users can create an account by following the registration process.Navigating to the Profiles Screen:
- After logging in, you will be directed to the app's home page.
- Locate and tap on the "Profiles" icon or link to access the Profiles Screen.
Profiles Screen Features:
Subject Profiles:
- The Profiles Screen displays a list of subject profiles, each representing an individual who has undergone an exam.
- Each subject profile typically includes a person's name and some additional identifying information.
Associated Exams:
- Within each subject profile, you can associate exams that pertain to that individual.
- This feature allows you to organise and link specific exams to the corresponding subject, ensuring a clear record of their assessments.
Adding Subject Profiles:
- You can create new subject profiles by tapping on the "+" button at the top right of the page.
- Enter the person's name and any other relevant identifying details to create a new subject profile.
Managing Associated Exams:
- To associate an exam with a subject profile, select the profile and navigate to the associated exams section.
- Here, you can add or link exams that belong to the chosen individual.
- You can also go to the Exams page and in the Exam details page, associate the exam with a profile.
